RETURN POLICYIf any part of your order is unsatisfactory please call for a P.O. number then, return it within THIRTY(30) days for exchange, credit or refund. All returns must be accompanied by invoice sales receipt with all manufacturer's tags and labels intact. Worn items and merchandise returned after 30 days from receipt may be subject to a 20% restocking fee for merchandise credit only If the item is defective in construction then a return for the sale price is permissible. If a saddle does not fit then there is a 20% restock fee off of the purchase price and credit issued for merchandise exchange. If the saddle shows to be used then it will be returned to purchaser with no credit issued.
Shipping Charges are not refundable. Personalized items may not be returned unless it is our error.

farrier or professional trainer when participating in
equine activities or using equine products. Since we
have no control over the use or misuse of the
products we sell, we assume no liability connected
with their use or misuse. Under no circumstances are
we liable for any loss, damage, injury or expense of
any kind arising out of the use or inability to use any
